Terms and Conditions of Enrolment
1. Individual students If you wish to enrol on a course contact the English Experience via email or fax to obtain an enrolment form.2. Groups Contact the English Experience via email or fax to obtain further information and prices for groups.

All bank charges must be paid by the student.
4. There are no fee reductions for Public Holidays.
5. Groups. All cancellations must be notified to the school in writing. There will be no charge for cancellations 8 weeks prior to commencement of the course. After that date a fee of £50 per person will be charged for a cancellation where the student is not replaced by another student. You may replace any cancelled student without charge except to the extent of any costs incurred by the Business as a result of such amendment being made. 40% of fees are payable 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the course. Balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.

7. The English Experience does not accept any liability for loss or damage to property. The school accepts no responsibility for monies/personal belongings. You are strongly advised to make your own arrangements for Medical and Travel Insurance in your own country before departure. This can be arranged through the English Experience with one month's notice.
8. By registering on the course, you accept that you must comply with the English law and the School's regulations. In the event of breaking the law, or serious misconduct such as drinking, stealing or drugs, you will be required to return home. The English Experience reserves the right to exclude any student without refund of fees in the above event.
